What Happens Next?

Your custom, hand made, toy has now joined our production queue.

Depending on our order volumes, custom toys can take a little while to produce –  we keep the wait time as short as we can, but a week or two is normal, with orders at peak times taking up to four.

If you’ve chosen to register an account with Weredog, you can track your order process through your order tracking page; if you haven’t made an account, register one with the same email address you used in checkout and give us a message at support@weredog.co.uk! We will verify your details and link your previous order(s) to your account. (We have to do this manually for security reasons.)
