Terms of Sale for Weredog

The following are the terms and conditions (called “these Terms”) for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want us to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify us via our customer services department.

These Terms of Sale refer to the sale of goods through Weredog’s website; for the terms covering the use of Weredog’s website please see Website Terms and Conditions.

Please read through the Terms carefully before placing your order, and if you are ordering from our website print a copy for future reference.

We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. However, any changes will only apply to any subsequent orders received.

 

Age of Consent

By placing an order with Weredog Creations Ltd, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

 

Order cancellations/returns

We cannot offer a return or refund for made to order toys once they have been produced except for products which are defective. When placing an order with Weredog you are placing us under contract to produce a bespoke item to your specification; including our purchase of materials specifically required for the article(s). As such, we have already spent the resources necessary for the contract to be completed.

Non-defective inventory products must be wrapped and the plastic seal must be unbroken. We cannot accept a toy return if the toy is unwrapped, so we advise checking your toy inside the bag before breaking the seal. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the toy and you will be responsible for shipping it back to us. Once the product(s) has returned we can process a refund, store credit or an exchange depending on preference.

If your toy arrives damaged you will need to email us within 30 days of it arriving so we can rectify the issue for you with either a replacement or a refund. In some cases we are willing to give a refund or discount on another toy but this is only in extreme cases where the issue with the toy is due to faulty production or a defect.

 

Unavailability of product/order fulfilment

Under the rare circumstance that we are unable to deliver the products you have ordered, you will be contacted and offered the option to have your order refunded in full, or to receive replacement items of equivalent value. If you opt for a more expensive item, the additional cost will be due; for lower-priced items, you will be refunded the difference.

 

Items returned for Defect Inspection

In rare circumstances, we may ask for a product to be returned for futher inspection if a serious failure for quality assurance purposes. In this instance, a special mailing address will be provided as well as shipping and collection covered in full by weredog.
